Mollie Waller
Executive Director, Youth Solutions
Mollie Waller has had a life-long passion for storytelling and service to others. From her first job driving the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile to her current role leading Youth Solutions, she has successfully integrated her passions into her career. She spent 16 years working for America’s dairy farmers building consumer’s adoration of dairy foods and dairy farmers. Book ending this experience she’s led non-profit fund development, communications, event management and corporate marketing functions. She’s contributed to year over year revenue increases in her non-profit roles and is enthusiastic about the future for Youth Solutions and the new service lines that will help more disadvantaged young adults succeed in employment. Currently, Mollie serves as the Executive Director for Youth Solutions.
Throughout her career she is proud of the relationships she’s built in both the for profit and non-profit sectors. Some of her proudest moments are working with farmers to tell their stories which has led to increases in their farmstead businesses and seeing the young adults in the Youth Solutions programs find a sense of purpose and belonging, overcoming barriers, and pursuing careers they did not know existed before the program.
Mollie’s service mindset extends beyond Youth Solutions. Currently she serves on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Michigan chapter of the Society for Human Resources and for the Dewey Lake Property Owners Association. She is a former Director for WINGS, a Chicago based nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic violence. She has a degree from Marquette University and two leadership certificates from the University of Notre Dame. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, cardio drumming and spoiling her 10 nieces and nephews.
