Josh Cosner
Chief Information Officer

Josh Cosner is the Chief Information Officer.  He joined the team in 2010 and focuses on leading the technology, data, and strategy efforts within Kinexus Group. Josh’s primary responsibilities are to reduce the risk for the organization by protecting data, information, and users, as well as to provide access to robust tools, resources, and customer service so that Kinexus Group and its subsidiaries can achieve community impact.

Over the last decade at Kinexus Group, Josh has been involved with nearly all aspects of the business and has become a trusted advisor to the organization both tactically and strategically. Prior to Kinexus Group, his career started in technology, focusing on systems support, design, and implementation for organizations across the country.

​

He studied at Ohio University (Bachelor of Business Administration), the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon, France (certificate), and at the Harvard Business School (Executive Education Program). He holds various technical certifications, including Whirlpool Corporation’s Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt. Josh serves on Spectrum Lakeland Health’s Board Committee for Population Health as well as the United Way of Southwest Michigan’s Health Investment Team.

Josh and his wife Tiffany, a global HR Leader, reside in Benton Harbor with their golden retriever Molly. In their free time they enjoy cooking, craft beverages, hiking, and exploring new places. They are also business partners and co-owners of Peat’s Cider Social, a cider-centric entertainment venue in Stevensville, Michigan.
